4/3に発送しましたが、ロシアに到着してからスムーズに行かなかったようです。プレゼント用ということでしたので、ダメージのないように、特別に丈夫な箱に入れ(通常はクッション封筒)お送りしました。丁寧に梱包して発送しただけに、届かなかったことはとても残念です。分かりました。商品代金は返金します。この度はご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ありません。
