4/3に発送しましたが、ロシアに到着してからスムーズに行かなかったようです。プレゼント用ということでしたので、ダメージのないように、特別に丈夫な箱に入れ(通常はクッション封筒)お送りしました。丁寧に梱包して発送しただけに、届かなかったことはとても残念です。分かりました。商品代金は返金します。この度はご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ありません。

I had shipped on the 3rd of April, it looked like it didn't go smoothly when arriving in Russia.
It says the item is for a gift, I packed the item carefully in a tough box(usually use a cushion envelope) for not getting any of damage. I am very sad the item hasn't arrived yet, even though I did everything I could do for safe arrival as I could. I completely understand the situation. I am so sorry for this happening caused.
