追跡したところ、輸入取り止めになっているようです ? 原因はこちらでは分かりませんので、一度郵便局に問い合わせてみてはどうでしょうか ?
4/3に発送しましたが、ロシアに到着してからスムーズに行かなかったようです。プレゼント用ということでしたので、ダメージのないように、特別に丈夫な箱に入れ(通常はクッション封筒)お送りしました。丁寧に梱包して発送しただけに、届かなかったことはとても残念です。分かりました。商品代金は返金します。この度はご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ありません。
As I checked, it looks like import was canceled. I don't know the reason so will you check with the post office?
I made shipment on April 3rd, but it did not go smoothly after it arrived in Russia. Since it was for a present, I packed in a specially strong box (normally it is packed in a cushion envelope) so it won't be damaged for shipment. I carefully packed it so I deeply regret it did not arrive. I understand. I will make refund. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused this time.
