This e-mail shall be regarded as an order.
Could you please ship it as soon as both A and B are ready instead of separate shipment.
Basically, we are billed after items arrive, and paid for it. However, I would like to pay beforehand in terms of research cost to be contributed. Is it possible? I would like you to consider it.
