4回目の研修を終えて思うこと
4回目の研修を終えて分かったことは，私はとても怠けやすい人間だということです。
思い返せば入社して5年目を迎え，普段の業務や研修そのものに新鮮味を感じられなくなってしまっており
結果として，あらゆる面において私はとても怠けていたということが分かりました。
研修に行く度に自分の力のなさを痛感し検収で学んだことを更に勉強しようとその時は思うのですが，実際腰を据えて
勉強した試しがありません。このことは普段の業務にも言えると思います。

Thoughts after finishing the 4th training:
What I found out after finishing the 4th training is that I am a person who easily becomes lazy.
If I think back, I am approaching my 5th year since entering the company, and I can no longer feel any novelty in ordinary tasks and training themselves. As a result, I found out that I have become very lazy in all aspects.
Whenever I go to training, I painfully feel the lack of my own strength. and at that time I plan to study further what I have learned in receipts and inspection but actually I haven't tried to settle down and study. I think this kind of thing can also be called ordinary tasks.

My thoughts after completing the 4th training session.
After completing the 4th training session, I realized that I am prone to laziness.
In retrospect, this being my 5th year at the company, I felt that the regular training and tasks have lost their novelty to me.
As a result, I realized that I was being lazy in many ways.
Every time I attended the training, I felt that I was powerless and that I should study harder in the future, but in reality, I have never properly sat down and studied. This can be said for my regular tasks as well.

今回のプレゼンでは2018年を振り返り，2019年の課題を検討しました。
その際に如何に自分が2018年に実績を残さなかったのかよく分かりました。これはエンジニアとして大きな問題です。
2019年は自分と自分の会社をアップデートする年にします。
この思いがただの思いにならないように，同僚と共有します。そして同僚と刺激し合いながらアップデートを
成し遂げようと思います。次に語学研修に行くときはきっとアップデートされた自分でいられると思います。

In this presentation I look back at 2018 and examined the issues in 2019.
I know full well how little achievement I have made in 2018. As an engineer this is a huge problem.
I have decided that 2019 is the year that I update myself and my own company.
I will share this with my colleagues so that this thought will not remain as a thought. And I was thinking of pursuing the update while I and my colleagues encouraged each other. I think I will definitely be my updated self the next time I go to linguistics training.
