4回目の研修を終えて思うこと

4回目の研修を終えて分かったことは，私はとても怠けやすい人間だということです。

思い返せば入社して5年目を迎え，普段の業務や研修そのものに新鮮味を感じられなくなってしまっており
結果として，あらゆる面において私はとても怠けていたということが分かりました。

研修に行く度に自分の力のなさを痛感し検収で学んだことを更に勉強しようとその時は思うのですが，実際腰を据えて
勉強した試しがありません。このことは普段の業務にも言えると思います。

Thoughts after the 4th training

What I discovered about myself from the 4th training is that I tend to get very lazy.

Looking back at my situation, this is my 5th year mark since joined the company, and I can no longer give a fresh look at the day-to-day tasks and training themselves, and as a result it has become clear to me that I have been lazy in every possible aspects.

Every time I go to take a training I strongly feel to deepen what I learned from it, but I have never really sat down to study harder for real. This can be applied to my normal work as well.
