今年に入ってからのものもあれば助かりますが、
フェデックスからC８８を取り寄せられますので必須ではありません。
また、これはあなたに質問すべきではないかもしれないのですが
御社からQ4のVAT申告の請求が届いています。
もう御社には依頼していないので何かの間違いだと思います。
経理の方に伝えて貰えますか？

C79 I want's period is as follows.
July to November of 2018.
It would be helpful if there is one in this year, but
FedEx can send it us and so it is not a must.
Also, although it is not an issue to ask you,
there is Q4 VAT to apply from your firm.
As it has not been asked any more, there must be some mistake.
Please tell it to your accountant.

The below mentions the terms which I want C79.
July to November of 2018
If you have C79 from the begging of Jan. 2019, it helps me.
However, I can get C88 from Fedex, so it is not necessary.
Also, I wonder if I cannot ask you this point, but let me ask you just in case.
I got the invoice for VAT declaration in Q4 from your company.
I guess it is mistake because I haven't asked anymore.
Could you please inform to accounting department?
