請求書のすべて○○の名前と住所が記載されてしまうと税関の方で商品の方が販売用として判断されてしまう可能性があります。
販売用として判断されると税関の方で余計な関税が掛かってしまうのでそれは避けたいのです。
なので請求書の方には発送先ごとに名前と住所を記載して頂きたい。
また、日本の税関では132.83€（￥16666）以上は課税対象になるので、その金額以下で税関を通過できるように御社から注文しています。

If the customs office judge so, it will be charged extra customs duty. I would like to avoid it.

As the invoice mentions the name and address, tax office may make a mistake to use these data for commercial purposes. I want to get rid of the anxiety for putting taxes. Therefore please fill the name and address for package depending upon the delivery address.
And here in Japan, tax will dutiable more than the price for item at 132.83€, therefore we place an order for not more than the dutiable price.
