c79が不足していたり、VAT計算が間違っていたりするものがありますが、
これまで弊社が依頼してきた会計事務所に修正を依頼することは大変難しいです。
日本の仲介業者を通じて、これまでAVASK、Meridian、VATGLOBALと3つの会計事務所とかかわってきました。
弊社が希望したのではなく、上記の事務所がVATサービスの提供を停止し、紹介される形で移り変わりました。

Among them, c79 is missing and there are some areas that VAT calculations were wrong but it is very difficult to ask our accounting firms which we have been dealing with to correct the mistakes.
Through a Japanese broker, we had to work with three accounting firms so far, they are AVASK、Meridian and VATGLOBAL. We didn't wish to change like this but above firms stopped offering VAT service and they introduced us to a different firm. Changing a representative from VATGLOBAL to you was the only decision that we made.

Although there are ones lacking c79 and VAT calculation mistakes, it is hard to ask to the accounting agency used to correct them.
Through a Japanese coordinator, there were 3, AVASK, Meridian and VATGLOBAL accounting agents concerned.
We did not wish this but the above agents stopped supplying VAT services and moved by being introduced.
We wished only to change the agent to your company from VATGLOBAL.

There are lack of c79 and errors in VAT calculation but it is very difficult for ordering correction to the accounting firm which we have ordered correction up to this day.
Through Japanese brokers, until now we have job relationships with 3 accounting firms; AVASK, Meridian, and VATGLOBAL.
This relationships are not we desired, but above firms stopped providing of VAT service and changed their relationships by a form of being introduced to us.
The attorney change from VATGLOBA to your company is the only change that we desired.

HMRCのミスでQ3とQ4が合算になってしまった。
£1,340.32(Q4分)-£414.78(Q3分)=£925.54(Q4分)
となる、とVATGLOBALが言っていました

We started sales at UK Amazon from 2015.

By HMRC's mistake Q3 and Q4 were gathered together.
VATGLOBAL said it will be £1,340.32 (for Q) - £414.78 (for Q3) = £925.54 (for Q4).
It was not possible to obtain c79, either.
We have started selling on UK Amazon since 2015.
Until 2016 we were selling without registering VAT so we will accept paying for additinal tax for during that time.

C79がVATGLOBALに届かないことが多く、
イギリスの郵便事情やHMRCの対応が悪いのを理由としておりました
今回の監査において支払うべき税金はお支払いいたします
VATにおいて私は無知ですので、支払っていない税金もあったかもしれませんが
納税額は会計事務所の言うことに従い、全て支払いました
むしろ本来、還付が受けられるものもC79がなく、2重に税金を支払っているものが多数あります

As C79 had not been delivered, from UPS C88 was got.
There were many occasions not to have C79 to VATGLOBAL it was taken as the English Post Office situation and HMRC's handling were causes to be wrong.
From this time's inspection, we will pay what tax we have to.
As I did not have good knowledge about VAT, there might have some tax we have not paid, but we have paid the amount of the tax all complying to the accounting office.
Rather because we have no c79 for which we cannot obtain refund, there are many that we have paid twice.

We obtained C88 from UPS because we didn't receive C79.
Often C79 didn't arrive to VATGLOBAL because of postal circumstances and slow reaction of HMRC.
We will pay all the tax which should have been paid after this audit.
As I am not very familiar with VAT, there may be some tax which was unpaid but I paid all due tax as the accountant instructed to me. Rather, I have paid the same tax twice on several occasions as I couldn't receive tax refund because I didin't use C79.

C79 has not arrived yet so I ordered C88 from UPS.
It is happened many times that C79 is not arrived to VATGLOBAL and the reasons are postal service of UK or poor attitude of HMRC.
In the time of the audit, I am going to pay taxes that I should pay.
I do not know anything about VAT so I might have had taxes that I did not pay. But I payed amount of my taxes follow the directions given by accounting firm.
Originally, I can not refund by C79 so sometimes I paid double taxes.

We ordered C88 from UPS due to no arrival of C79.
C79 often could not reach to VATGLOBAL, and they use excuses such as postal situation in the UK and a bad work of HMRC.
We will pay tax that is required for this audit.
There are possibility that some taxs were not paid but we paid all payments by following what the accounting firm said.
Rather primarily, some payments that can get return are lack of C79, so there are many payments paid with tax doubly.
