Unit Owner shall indemnify, defend and hold the Property Manager harmless and free from any liabilities, claims and suits arising out of the duties lawfully performed by the Property Manager under this Agreement.
Furthermore,Unit Owner shall indemnify and hold the Property Manager, its employees, officers and directors, (“Indemnities”) harmless from all damages, losses, costs or attorney’s fees the Indemnities may sustain on account of
termination.
: (1) Any damage to or destruction of any property
;(2) Any injury to or death of any person
; (3)Any error of judgment by Indemnities or any mistake of law or fact by Indemnities
更に、停止を理由として補償により維持される可能性がある一切の損害、損失、出費または弁護士費用について、ユニットオーナーは資産管理者、その従業員、役員および取締役、(”補償”)に迷惑および損害を与えてはならない。
(1)任意の資産に対する一切の損害または破壊
(2)任意の人物に対する一切の負傷あるいは死亡
(3)補償によるなんらかの判断の誤りまたは保証による法的あるいは事実に基づく何らかのミス
さらに、所有者はプロパティマネージャ、雇用者、役員、取締役、(補償対象)に損傷、損失、費用、契約終了による賠償金の承認のための弁護士料の全ての損害を与えない。
:(1)所有物に対する損傷、破損行為
;(2)怪我または死亡を対人に負わせる
;(3)保証対象による判断の誤りもしくは保証対象が法律や事実と異なる
; and (4) To the extent not covered by insurance, any alleged violation of any law (statutory, common or otherwise) pertaining to fair employment or wrongful termination by employees working on the Subject Unit’s fair credit reporting, fair debt collections, environmental protection, rent control, taxes,fair housing, or any other such laws. Unit Owner agrees to carry liability insurance adequate to protect the interest of the parties hereto; and insurance shall be written as to protect the Property Manager in the same manner and to the same as it protects the Unit Owner.
