Unit Owner shall indemnify, defend and hold the Property Manager harmless and free from any liabilities, claims and suits arising out of the duties lawfully performed by the Property Manager under this Agreement.
Furthermore,Unit Owner shall indemnify and hold the Property Manager, its employees, officers and directors, (“Indemnities”) harmless from all damages, losses, costs or attorney’s fees the Indemnities may sustain on account of
termination.
: (1) Any damage to or destruction of any property

; (3)Any error of judgment by Indemnities or any mistake of law or fact by Indemnities

ユニットオーナ―は資産管理者に一切の迷惑および損害を受けることなく、本契約に基づき資産管理者が行った合法的な任務により生じた一切の損害、請求および訴訟から除外すること。
更に、停止を理由として補償により維持される可能性がある一切の損害、損失、出費または弁護士費用について、ユニットオーナーは資産管理者、その従業員、役員および取締役、（”補償”）に迷惑および損害を与えてはならない。

（1）任意の資産に対する一切の損害または破壊
（2）任意の人物に対する一切の負傷あるいは死亡
（3）補償によるなんらかの判断の誤りまたは保証による法的あるいは事実に基づく何らかのミス
