税関より、今回輸入した各商品ごとの製造工程表、また証明書の提出を求められました。
通関のため、至急書類を用意していただけないでしょうか。
例えば、中身が全く同じで、販売形態が異なるものの場合は、
製造工程表の品名記載箇所に容量違いや、
タイプ違いの追記をするのも分かりやすいと思います。
どのように作成するか特に決まりはないです。

For example, in case that the content of the product is same but the way of selling it is different, it would be easier if the different amount or types of products is added to the space for filling in products name in the manufacturing process tables.
