1枚目の写真はセラミックのカバーが付いていて標準の仕様です。（端子渡しの仕様）
カバーの目的は端子の保護、及び絶縁のための部品です。
2枚目はアイロンプラグの端子のため、セラミックのカバーが付いていません。
接続を金属製にしたいとはどのようなことでしょうか？
セラミックのカバーを外すと接続部の金属製のネジ部が出てきます。
2枚目のようにアイロンプラグにしたいということでしたら、電圧が対応していないため出来ません。
（アイロンプラグは250V 20Aまで）

The second one doesn’t have the ceramic cover due to iron plug terminal.

When the ceramic cover is removed, the metallic thread part of connection appears.
