1枚目の写真はセラミックのカバーが付いていて標準の仕様です。（端子渡しの仕様）
カバーの目的は端子の保護、及び絶縁のための部品です。
2枚目はアイロンプラグの端子のため、セラミックのカバーが付いていません。
接続を金属製にしたいとはどのようなことでしょうか？
セラミックのカバーを外すと接続部の金属製のネジ部が出てきます。
2枚目のようにアイロンプラグにしたいということでしたら、電圧が対応していないため出来ません。
（アイロンプラグは250V 20Aまで）
The first picture is a ceramic cover, and its specification is standard. (Specification of joining terminal)
The cover is for protecting and insulating the terminal.
The second one doesn’t have the ceramic cover due to iron plug terminal.
What does it mean to change the connection into metallic?
When the ceramic cover is removed, the metallic thread part of connection appears.
If you want the iron plug such as second one, it is impossible as the voltage is not supported.
(The iron plug supports up to 250V 20A.)
