1枚目の写真はセラミックのカバーが付いていて標準の仕様です。（端子渡しの仕様）
カバーの目的は端子の保護、及び絶縁のための部品です。
2枚目はアイロンプラグの端子のため、セラミックのカバーが付いていません。

接続を金属製にしたいとはどのようなことでしょうか？
セラミックのカバーを外すと接続部の金属製のネジ部が出てきます。
2枚目のようにアイロンプラグにしたいということでしたら、電圧が対応していないため出来ません。
（アイロンプラグは250V 20Aまで）

The first picture is of a standard specification which comes with a ceramic cover (for bridging terminals).
The purpose of the cover serves as an insulation part for terminal protection.
The second picture does not come with a ceramic cover because it is an iron plug terminal.

What do you mean by saying that you wish to replace the connection with a metal?
Removing the ceramic cover will expose a metal screw on the connection part.
If you mean by saying that you wish to iron plug as shown in the second picture, it is not possible because the voltage is not compatible.
