商品についてお客様から質問がありました。
装置をパソコンと接続して、ソフトを立ち上げるとライセンス承認の画面が出ます。
そこでコードとシリアルが表示されます。
ここで表示されるのは、コードが ■ シリアルが ▲ です。
この画面でレジストファイルのコードを画面の下部にコピーすればよいと思うのですが
ソフトのほうのレジストファイルは●となっています。
おそらくハードとソフトのマッチングが取れていないために承認されない状態だと思います。

I received an inquiry from a customer.
When I connect device to the computer and start software, licence approval screen shows up.
Then it shows code and serial number.
Code ■ and serial number▲ are shown here.
I guess I should copy the registration file code on this screen to the lower part of screen, but registry file on the software is ●. Probably hardware and software do not match, so it won't approve.
Please advise how I should solve this problem.

I think that I should copy the code of the resist file to the bottom part of the screen in this page, but the resist file of the software is ●.
I believe that it is not authorized because the matching between the hardware and the software is not confirmed.

I have received a question from the customer about the product.
