商品についてお客様から質問がありました。
装置をパソコンと接続して、ソフトを立ち上げるとライセンス承認の画面が出ます。
そこでコードとシリアルが表示されます。
ここで表示されるのは、コードが ■ シリアルが ▲ です。
この画面でレジストファイルのコードを画面の下部にコピーすればよいと思うのですが
ソフトのほうのレジストファイルは●となっています。
おそらくハードとソフトのマッチングが取れていないために承認されない状態だと思います。
この問題はどのように解決すればよいでしょうか。

I received a question from one of my customers regarding the product.
When I connect the device to a PC and start the software, the license authorization window is displayed.
And then, the code and serial number is displayed.
The code is ■ and the serial is▲.
I think that I should copy the code of the resist file to the bottom part of the screen in this page, but the resist file of the software is ●.
I believe that it is not authorized because the matching between the hardware and the software is not confirmed.
Can you please tell me how I can fox this issue?
