商品についてお客様から質問がありました。
装置をパソコンと接続して、ソフトを立ち上げるとライセンス承認の画面が出ます。
そこでコードとシリアルが表示されます。
ここで表示されるのは、コードが ■ シリアルが ▲ です。
この画面でレジストファイルのコードを画面の下部にコピーすればよいと思うのですが
ソフトのほうのレジストファイルは●となっています。
おそらくハードとソフトのマッチングが取れていないために承認されない状態だと思います。
この問題はどのように解決すればよいでしょうか。

I have received a question from the customer about the product.
When the device is connected to the computer, the software is launched and the license acknowledgement page is displayed.
The code and serial number are then displayed.
The code shown here is ■ while the serial number is shown as ▲.
Although it is fine to copy the register file's code from the bottom of the screen, the register file in the software is actually ●.
I believe that there is a mismatch between the hardware and software thus causing the situation of not being able to do the acknowledgement.
How can we resolve this problem?
