アドバイスありがとうございます。
バイヤーが、“I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” を選択し、“Send Response”を押してもらえば、caseはcloseできる、ということですね。
本当はcancel order をしたかったのに、私が処理を間違ってcaseをopenしたので、バイヤーに不利益がある事態は避けたいです。この処理をすることでバイヤーのaccountに問題が残ることはありますか?

Thanks for your advise.
So you are saying that a buyer can select “I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” and press "Send Response" the case can be closed, right?
I would like to avoid the consequence to bring disadvantage to the buyer since I mistakenly opened the case despite my original intent of the order cancellation. By processing this, would it leave any issue to the buyer's account?

Thank you for your advice. It means that if buyer selects “I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction" and pushes “Send Response”, he can close the case. Am I correct?
Honestly I wanted to cancel order. But as I processed in the wrong way and opened the case, I want to avoid that the buyer has a disadvantage. If I process this, is there a problem in the account of the buyer?

Thank you for your advice.
If a buyer selects “I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” , and presses “Send Response”, the case can be closed, right?
Actually, I would like to cancel the order, but I opened a case by my wrong process. Therefore, I would like to avoid a situation that causes a disadvantage to a buyer.
Is there any case where a problem is remained on the account of the buyer due to this process?

Thank you for your advice.
The buyer choose the 、“I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” and push the button 、“Send Response” the case can be closed .
I wanted to cancel the order ,but finally opened an order by mistake ,so please think about how to avoid the disadvantage of buyers ,and are there any problems left after the management of this problem?

I opend the case by mistake so I need to avoid giving the buyer disadvatage.
Does any problem remain in buyer's account because of this operation?
