アドバイスありがとうございます。
バイヤーが、“I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” を選択し、“Send Response”を押してもらえば、caseはcloseできる、ということですね。
本当はcancel order をしたかったのに、私が処理を間違ってcaseをopenしたので、バイヤーに不利益がある事態は避けたいです。この処理をすることでバイヤーのaccountに問題が残ることはありますか？

So you are saying that a buyer can select “I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” and press "Send Response" the case can be closed, right?
I would like to avoid the consequence to bring disadvantage to the buyer since I mistakenly opened the case despite my original intent of the order cancellation. By processing this, would it leave any issue to the buyer's account?
