アドバイスありがとうございます。
バイヤーが、“I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” を選択し、“Send Response”を押してもらえば、caseはcloseできる、ということですね。
本当はcancel order をしたかったのに、私が処理を間違ってcaseをopenしたので、バイヤーに不利益がある事態は避けたいです。この処理をすることでバイヤーのaccountに問題が残ることはありますか？

I wanted to cancel the order ,but finally opened an order by mistake ,so please think about how to avoid the disadvantage of buyers ,and are there any problems left after the management of this problem?
