先日送ってもらった掛け布団カバーについて
商品パッケージのボタン部分の色が、中の商品生地に色移りしていました。また、茶色い汚れが2ヶ所ありました。
百貨店のスタッフと話した結果、これは不良品扱いとなり、販売すが出来ませんでした。
私達は、同じ商品をもう1枚必要なため、今回送った注文シートにこれと同じ商品を加えました。
今度こそはボタンの色移り、その他の汚れ、縫製の不良などがない商品を送って下さい。
また、今回の注文分の合計金額から、不良品となった商品分の代金は除いて請求してくれますか？

Cover of comforter you had sent to me a few days ago
The color of button at package of the item was changed to cloth of the item in it. I found two brown spots.
After I talked with staff of the department store, it was turned out to be an item with defect and I could not sell it.
As we need one more piece of the same item, we added the same item as this one in order sheet we sent this time.
Would you send an item where we do not find change of color of the button, other spots and defect of sewing this time?
May I ask you to charge by deducting the amount of the item with defect from total amount of the order this time?

The texture of the product is stained by the color of the button part on the product package. In addition, two part of the product have brown stains.
As we talked with the staff at the department store, the product is considered as a defect product and we were not able to sell it.
Since we need one more piece of the same product, we have added the same product to the order sheet we have just sent to you.
Please send us the product without any color staining, other stains, or defects of imperfect stitching this time.
