先日送ってもらった掛け布団カバーについて
商品パッケージのボタン部分の色が、中の商品生地に色移りしていました。また、茶色い汚れが2ヶ所ありました。
百貨店のスタッフと話した結果、これは不良品扱いとなり、販売すが出来ませんでした。
私達は、同じ商品をもう1枚必要なため、今回送った注文シートにこれと同じ商品を加えました。
今度こそはボタンの色移り、その他の汚れ、縫製の不良などがない商品を送って下さい。
また、今回の注文分の合計金額から、不良品となった商品分の代金は除いて請求してくれますか？

About the duvet cover received the other day
The color of the button on the product package made a stain on the product fabric inside. There also were two brown stains.
As a result of the discussion with the department store staff, the product was regarded as defected and could not be sold.

Please be sure to ship an item which does not have a button color stain, other dirt, and defected sewing.
Also, would you send me an invoice after deducting the defected merchandise fee from the total amount of the order for this time?
