先日注文した商品が届きました。
オーダー番号は○○です。
到着してすぐに商品を確認したのですが、片側のマグネットがくっつきません。
磁力がなくなっているのかもしれません。
片方はきちんとくっつきます。
写真を添付しますので、ご確認ください。
お客様と相談して、交換か返品の対応をお願いしたい思います。
また関税などは返金されますか？

Hello.
The item I ordered the other day has been delivered to me.
The order number is ○○.
I checked the item right after it was delivered and I have found that one of the magnets does not attach to anything.
It might has lost its magnetic attraction.
The other one is working correctly.
I will attach a picture showing this. Can you please confirm it?
I would like to talk with the customer and would like you to exchange it or to accept returning the item.
Are you going to refund the tax etc?

There might be magnetic force lost.
The other side works well.
