ライダー用エアバッグベストの発送で大変お待たせしています。
先週金曜日に、再度同じものをＥＭＳスピード郵便でお送りしましたが、東京の税関でガスボンベが入っているため、航空便で発送できなくなり、返送されてしまいました。
最初に送った物は、船便に切り替えられたため、発送途中ですが、到着は来月とのことです。大変申し訳ありません。
そこでご相談なのですが、最初に送ったものはそのまま届くと思いますが、到着が遅れますので、全額返金でお許しいただけないでしょうか。

Last Friday, I sent the same thing again by EMS speed mail, but because there was a gas cylinder, it was not possible to ship by air mail and it was sent back by Tokyo customs.
The package I sent first was changed to sea shipping and since the method was switched sea service, the arrival will be next month. I am very sorry.
So I will want to consult with you.I believe you will receive what I sent first, but since arrival is delayed, could I make this up with full refund?
