ライダー用エアバッグベストの発送で大変お待たせしています。

先週金曜日に、再度同じものをＥＭＳスピード郵便でお送りしましたが、東京の税関でガスボンベが入っているため、航空便で発送できなくなり、返送されてしまいました。

最初に送った物は、船便に切り替えられたため、発送途中ですが、到着は来月とのことです。大変申し訳ありません。

そこでご相談なのですが、最初に送ったものはそのまま届くと思いますが、到着が遅れますので、全額返金でお許しいただけないでしょうか。

Sorry for the long waiting time for air bag rider vest.
The same one was sent on the last Friday by EMS speed post but was returned to me from Tokyo Custom because it has a gas cylinder and cannot be send by air.
The first one was on its way to you because it got sent further by ship, and will arrive at you at the end of the next month. Sorry for that.

Here is a proposal from me: the first shipment will arrive but late. Can we go over this problem by refund of full price?
