ライダー用エアバッグベストの発送で大変お待たせしています。

先週金曜日に、再度同じものをＥＭＳスピード郵便でお送りしましたが、東京の税関でガスボンベが入っているため、航空便で発送できなくなり、返送されてしまいました。

最初に送った物は、船便に切り替えられたため、発送途中ですが、到着は来月とのことです。大変申し訳ありません。

そこでご相談なのですが、最初に送ったものはそのまま届くと思いますが、到着が遅れますので、全額返金でお許しいただけないでしょうか。

In last Friday, the goods were sent by EMS speed mail again.
But, by Tokyo custom,it was pointed out that a gas bomb was included in,
so it couldn't be sent out by airmail, and it has been sent back.

The goods which were sent first, was changed by ship service, shipment is on the way,and the arrival is with next month. I'm very sorry.

Now, I have a following proposal to you. It is thought that the first sent goods just arrives but the arrival is late, so is it forgiven for a full refund?
