見積書に納期を注文後、6ヶ月と記載してしまいましたが、正しくは図面承認後、6ヶ月でした。

As I stated in the estimate the due date would be 6 months after placing an order, but to be exact, it would be 6 months after checking the sketch.
I correct it and apologize for it.

Basically, we are unable to process new items unless having a sketch checked first, we are supposed to start a production after checking a sketch by customers.

Since we received a confirmation of A on March 14th, the due date will be usually sometime in the middle of September. I hope you somehow understand that we adjusted it to the end of July.

As our supplier's aging progresses, it became impossible to handle by the current supplier.

As basically we cannot proceed the process if drawing is not authorized in case of new item, I start making it after the customer authorizes the drawing.

As A was authorized on March 14th, I can deliver it in the middle of September in most of the cases.
