日本郵便のSAL便で送っており、平均すると2週間程で購入者様に配達されます。
また、到着予定日も、
2018年5月2日 - 2018年5月17日
となっており、まだ到来しておりません。

Also, the estimated arrival date is May /2nd to May/17th which hasn’t come yet.
I am writing to report to you the deatils about "A -to-z" regarding one customer.
We have received a message from a buyer that he will not purchase this item.
As for this item, we sent it with a tracking number. You can check it from the site below.
It has been sent through SAL by Japan Post and it should arrive in about two weeks.
The estimated date of arrival is between May 2, 2018 - May 17, 2018 and hasn't arrived yet.
