I'd like to explain the details about "A-to-z".

I received a message from the buyer that the item hasn't been delivered yet. However, the item was sent by trackable mail service and the status of the mail can be checked on the following website.

It was sent by Japan Post's SAL, and it normally takes about 2 weeks to deliver.

The delivery date should be from May 2nd, 2018 to May 17th 2018, and there's still some time until then.
