昨日、私たちの収入証明の書類を送って、今、審査結果を待っています。
入居は、一応29日か30日にできるという予定ですが、
審査結果によっては、少し遅れるかもしれません。
私たちは、そのアパートにとって、初めて受け入れる外国人ということでイレギュラーな審査になるようです。

I'm letting you know our status.
We found a nice apartment and have just applied for it.
Yesterday we send the documents of our proofs of income, and now are waiting for the results of the evaluation.
For now, we are scheduled to be able to move in the house on the 29th or 30th but it might be delayed depending on the evaluation results.
It seems that we will be judged as irregular due to being the first foreigners to receive this apartment.

This mail is to let you know how we are.

I understand we can move in on either 29th or 30th, but depending on the results it maybe delayed a few days.

もし、他のゲストが、すぐにあなたのアパートに滞在したいという希望があれば、
最初のスケジュールどおり30日にチェックアウトをし、ホテルなど、次の滞在先に移動します。
（まだ滞在先は決まっていませんが、2泊くらいならすぐにどこかが見つかるでしょう）

As we are under this situation, I will leave the decision to you.
If another guest wants to stay at your apartment immediately, I will check out on 30th and move to the next place such as hotel based on the first schedule. (The hotel I stay has not been decided yet, but I am sure that I can find it soon since I stay there only for 2 nights.)
I will let you know about start of living in the apartment as soon as I find its result.

So, under this circumstance, we will let you make decisions.
If the other guest wishes to stay at your apartment right away, we will check out the hotel on the 30th as we planed previously and move to the next place like a hotel.
(We haven't found a place yet but hopefully, we should be able to find a place to stay for two days or so.)

If other guests would like to stay at your aparment right away, we will checkout on the 30th as we agreed first and we will move to a hotel or somewhere. (We don't know where but I am sure we will be able to find something easily if it's just 2 days or so.)
