私たちの状況をお知らせしますね。
いいアパートが見つかり、申込みをしているところです。
昨日、私たちの収入証明の書類を送って、今、審査結果を待っています。
入居は、一応29日か30日にできるという予定ですが、
審査結果によっては、少し遅れるかもしれません。
私たちは、そのアパートにとって、初めて受け入れる外国人ということでイレギュラーな審査になるようです。

This mail is to let you know how we are.
We found a good apartment and applying for it.
Yesterday we sent the documents regarding our income verification and waiting for the results.
I understand we can move in on either 29th or 30th, but depending on the results it maybe delayed a few days.
We will be the first foreign residens for the apartment and this inspection seems like an irregular one.
