私たちの状況をお知らせしますね。
いいアパートが見つかり、申込みをしているところです。
昨日、私たちの収入証明の書類を送って、今、審査結果を待っています。
入居は、一応29日か30日にできるという予定ですが、
審査結果によっては、少し遅れるかもしれません。
私たちは、そのアパートにとって、初めて受け入れる外国人ということでイレギュラーな審査になるようです。

We found a good apartment and we are trying to get it.
We sent our payment certificate and we are waiting for the result.
Probably we will be able to move in on 29th or 30th but it might be delayed depending on the result.
We will be the first foreigner to move in to that apartment so the examination is something irregular.
