第 2 条 [秘密情報]
1. 本契約において、「秘密情報」とは、開示当事者が受領当事者に対して開示す
る技術上または営業上の秘密をいい、その開示の態様を問わず、以下のもの
を含むが、これらに限られない。
(1) （例 1）甲が開示する製品 X の原材料規格、製品図面または製品形状に関する情報

(5) 甲乙間の本契約およびこれに基づく交渉、協議または合意の存在および内容
(6) その他、すなわち同様・同等な製品を作成することが可能となるような甲の提供する情報。

Article 2 [Secret Information]
1. In the contract, "the secret information" means the secrets, technical or of business, that the disclosing person concerned discloses to the receiving person concerned and, regardless of the state of the disclosure, they include the following but are not limited to.
(1) (Example 1) The information about the raw material standards, the product drawings or the product shape of the product X, disclosed by the Former.

(5) The contract between the Former and the Latter and the existence and the content of the negotiations, the discussions or the agreements.
(6) Others, namely the information provided by the Former that enables other parties to make the like or the same products.
