第 2 条 [秘密情報]
1. 本契約において、「秘密情報」とは、開示当事者が受領当事者に対して開示す
る技術上または営業上の秘密をいい、その開示の態様を問わず、以下のもの
を含むが、これらに限られない。

Article 2 [Secret Information]
