担当者によると荷物の所在が不明になっているようですがどういうことでしょうか??実際に荷物をまだ受け取っていません。もし、このような状態が続くようであればすぐに全額を返金して下さい。このまま荷物を受け取れないようであればe-bayを通してクレームをするしかありません。そちらからも荷物の所在について調べていただけないでしょうか?

I inquired DHL as well. Please see the attached for the trail of emails.
According to the person in charge, the package cannot be located... what is going on?? I still haven't received it yet. If this is going to continue, please issue me a full refund immediately. If I ended up not receiving the package, all I can do is to file a claim via eBay. Could you please try to locate the package from your end as well?

We asked to DHL as well. Please view the content of the mail on the intouched fail.As I heard the shipment is missing, please give me some explanation. I actually did not recieved the shipment. If this kind of circumstance is going to continue, I want all the money back. If I can't receive my shipment I would claim through e-bay. Please reserch where's the shipment.

Actually I didn't recieve the baggage. Could I get a full refund immediately please, if this situation will continue? I will make a complaint through e-bay, if I can't get the baggage.
