こちらからもDHLに問い合わせをしました｡メールの内容は添付ファイルを御覧ください｡
担当者によると荷物の所在が不明になっているようですがどういうことでしょうか??実際に荷物をまだ受け取っていません｡もし､このような状態が続くようであればすぐに全額を返金して下さい｡このまま荷物を受け取れないようであればe-bayを通してクレームをするしかありません｡そちらからも荷物の所在について調べていただけないでしょうか?

We also asked DHL. Could you please check the Email in file attachment.
The person in charge were not sure where the baggage were going. So how about that? ?
Actually I didn't recieve the baggage. Could I get a full refund immediately please, if this situation will continue? I will make a complaint through e-bay, if I can't get the baggage.
Could you please check again where the baggage is?
