こちらからもDHLに問い合わせをしました｡メールの内容は添付ファイルを御覧ください｡
担当者によると荷物の所在が不明になっているようですがどういうことでしょうか??実際に荷物をまだ受け取っていません｡もし､このような状態が続くようであればすぐに全額を返金して下さい｡このまま荷物を受け取れないようであればe-bayを通してクレームをするしかありません｡そちらからも荷物の所在について調べていただけないでしょうか?

According to the person in charge, the current location of the package is now unknown. What does it mean? In fact I have not received the package yet. Can you please investigate the current location of the package in your side, either?
