注文番号○○についてお伺いします。私は30個△△を注文しました。そのうち7個が「Payment revision needed」となっていて発送がされていません。私のアカウントには2つのクレジットカードが登録されていて、現在はどちらも使用可能な状態です。しかし「Revise Payment Method」をクリックしても、どちらのカードも表示されてこず選択することができません。カードを新規に追加しようとしても、「■■」と表示され追加できません。どのように決済すればよいですか？

I have an inquiry regarding order number ○○. I order 30 △△. 7 of those say "Payment revision needed" and haven't been sent. I have 2 credit cards registered to my account, and can presently use both of them. However, even if I click the "Revise Payment Method", I cannot choose either of them because they aren't shown. Even if I try and add a new one, "■■" is shown and I can't. How do I deal with this?

Two credit cards are registered in my account, and currently both of them are available.
