注文番号○○についてお伺いします。私は30個△△を注文しました。そのうち7個が「Payment revision needed」となっていて発送がされていません。私のアカウントには2つのクレジットカードが登録されていて、現在はどちらも使用可能な状態です。しかし「Revise Payment Method」をクリックしても、どちらのカードも表示されてこず選択することができません。カードを新規に追加しようとしても、「■■」と表示され追加できません。どのように決済すればよいですか？

I would like to ask about order number ◯◯. I ordered 30△△。Of these, 7 were not shipped saying "Payment revision needed". In my account there are two credit cards registered. Now both of them are available. However, even though I click "Revise Payment Method", I cannot choose either of them. Even though I tried to add card newly, it shows　"■■”, and I cannot add any. How could I solve the problem?
