こちらでさらに今回のPROの故障の原因を調べたところACアダプターの可能性も出てきました。
どうやらPROとPSEマークのACアダプターの相性が悪いようです。V300では問題なく動いているのでその可能性もあると思います。その辺も中国の工場の方で調べていただけませんか？

We've investigated more and there is a possibility that the cause might be coming from AC adapter.
Apparently the compatibility between PRO and PSE marked adapter seems not good. It's working without problem with V300 so this might be a possibility. Could you please investigate around that at Chinese factory?

Probable the compatibility of PRO and PSE mark with AC adapter is not good.
