前回発注分のROBOTで基板に異常がみられるのが25台あり、弊社の修理担当者によれば交換しないと直らないようなので添付された写真の基板を次回予備分も含め30個送っていただくことはできますか。
弊社には修理担当の者がいるので部品さえあれば小川TRADINGでやってもらわなくてもこちらで対応できます。

Among the ROBOTs we ordered previously there are 25 units of which substrates show malfunction and according to our fixing staff since they seem to be replaced for repairing them, could you send us 30 units of substrate which is shown in the attached photo, including spares for the next order?
Since there is a fixing staff in our company we can treat this matter if there are parts without asking Ogawa Trading to repair.

There were 25 defected circuit boards in the ROBOT in the former order. According to your repair person, they must be exchanged. Could you please send us 30 circuit boards including some spares which shows in the photo?
When you send the circuit boards to us, one of our staff can repair. No need to ask OGAWA TRADING.

A defect was found at base of the 25 robots I ordered last time.
A person in charge of repair in our company said that it must be exchanged to be repaired. Therefore, would you send 30 bases including for the extra next time that is in the picture?
As we have a repairman in our company, if we have the parts, we can repair it in place of Ogawa Trading.

There are 25 defected products shipped last time on the Robot' basis. According to our repair staff, it will need to change parts, could you ship altogether 30 units of basis of the attached photo including next preliminaries?
As we have persons to repair, with parts we can repair them without sending them to Ogawa TRADING.
