支払いを済ませて1ヶ月になります。注文した商品の準備にいつもより時間がかかっているようですが、遅れている理由を教えてください。もし特定の商品に時間がかかっているとすれば、どの商品なのかを教えてください。商品によっては今回はあきらめて、次回の注文に回したいと考えています。
