リターンリクエストについての質問です。
リターンリクエストを承認した後で、バイヤーから下記のメールが来ました。
メール引用
よって、リターンリクエストを解除してもらいたいのですが、どうすれば良いのかわかりません。
バイヤーにリターンリクエストをクローズしてくださいとお願いしましたがそのままです。
paypalの該当支払いも保留されたままで困っています。
どうすれば良いのかご指導くだされば幸いです。

I have a question regarding the return request.
Received was the following message from the buyer after the return request approval:

Therefore I would like to cancel the return request, but I don't know how.
I requested the buyer to close the return request but have heard no news since then.
The subject PayPal payment has been put on hold which is a problem.
Please kindly advise what to do.

After I accepted Return request, the buyer sent me this message below,

I want Return request would be released, but I do not know how.
And I asked the buyer to close Return request and I still did not received reply.
I am really confused since the Payment on Pay Pal are suspended now.
