NECの山田さんとIBMの鈴木さんに、本日、次の2点を連絡しました。
１．ジョンさんは、今回のM&Aの内容と影響、及び、ERP導入の進め方の2つの問題について、11月に来日し、直接、ＮＥＣに説明する予定である。
２．当初、7/4から8/3の間に予定していた、トムさんの来日はキャンセルになった。
3人は、私の説明を大変良く理解し、上記の2つの点を了解しました。

1. John will come to Japan in November and will directly explain to NEC about the two issues which are the details and the influence of M&A this time and how to introduce ERP.
2. The original plan for Tom to come to Japan from July 4th to August 3rd has been canceled. The three members well understood my explanation, and noted the two topics above.

I got a hold of Mr.Yamada from NEC and Mr.Suzuki to let them know about following two parts.
1.Mr.John will visit Japan to explain M&A which has the detail and influence and two issues which is how to be used about EPR to NEC directly.
2. The schedule that
Mr. Tom was supposed to visit Japan is canceled.
Three of them completely understood my explaination and they got ok with the two above.

I contacted Mr.Yamada in NEC and Mr.Suzuki in IBM about following 2 points.

I informed the following two points to Mr. Yamada from NEC and Mr. Suzuki from IBM today.

なお、山田さんからは、今回のＭ＆Ａにより、ＩＢＭの体制がより強化されることと、これからも、ＮＥＣとＩＢＭの間の調整を私がしっかり行ってくれることの2点を、強く要望するとのコメントがありました。
また、鈴木さんからは、現在、中国のＳＣチームやＩＢＭのサポートをより強化してほしいとの要望がありました。

Also, there was a comment from Mr. Yamada that he strongly hopes for the IBM scheme to be strengthened by this M&A, and for me to adjust needs from NEC and from IBM.
Mr. Suzuki made a comment as well, saying that he would like the support by the SC team in China and IBM to be strengthen.

And, Mr. Yamada commented that he strongly wants two points that the organization structure of IBM is reinforced further by M&A this time, and that I should adjust the affairs between NEC and IBM.
Also, Mr. Suzuki mentioned that he would like to reinforce the support of current SC team in China and IBM further.
