NECの山田さんとIBMの鈴木さんに、本日、次の2点を連絡しました。
１．ジョンさんは、今回のM&Aの内容と影響、及び、ERP導入の進め方の2つの問題について、11月に来日し、直接、ＮＥＣに説明する予定である。
２．当初、7/4から8/3の間に予定していた、トムさんの来日はキャンセルになった。
3人は、私の説明を大変良く理解し、上記の2つの点を了解しました。
