I will send you the replacement, and will be charged the customs for the shipment. I can't pay it and you will be able to get the refund for the customs on returning.
You want all amount of refund, not returning product, please cancel the return request once. Then, please request for the return again.

We will cover the shipping charge upon return, and it will be paid via PayPal. Please be sure to attach a copy of the receipt so we know how much it cost.
We will send you the replacement item, but it will be subject to tariff. Although it cannot be covered at our end, the tariff you paid for the returned item should be reimbursed.
