交換品をお送りいたしますが、その際にも関税が請求されます。それを私がを負担することはできませんが、返品したアイテムにかかった関税は、還付を受けることができるはずです。

返品ではなく、どうしても全額返金をご希望の場合は、一旦リターンリクエストをキャンセルしていただき、再度、リターンリクエストをしてください。
