返送の際の発送料は、こちらが負担いたします。発送量はpaypalからお支払い致します。発送にかかった費用をがわかるように、レシートなどの写真を添付してください。
交換品をお送りいたしますが、その際にも関税が請求されます。それを私がを負担することはできませんが、返品したアイテムにかかった関税は、還付を受けることができるはずです。
返品ではなく、どうしても全額返金をご希望の場合は、一旦リターンリクエストをキャンセルしていただき、再度、リターンリクエストをしてください。
I will cover the shipment charges when you return the product to me. I will pay them from PayPal. Please attach an image, such as the receipt, so I can figure out how much money you have paid for the delivery.
Though I will return you a replacement later, the Tarrifs will also be imposed on it. I am afraid I cannot cover them, but I am sure that the Tarrifs imposed on a returned item can be refundable.
If you request that all the amount of the expenses be reimbursed instead of returning the item, please cancel your return request once and make another one again.
