以下の在庫についてご対応お願いします。
これらの在庫は数か月に渡って「バックオーダー」や「カスタマーオーダー」や「輸送中」のステータスを繰り返していて一向にお客様へ出荷されません。
注文が入ると長期間保留中になり、お客様から催促のクレームを受けることもあります。
保留されて一定期間が過ぎると在庫に戻り、また輸送中と保留中の繰り返しです。
商品の破棄をしようとしても、「お問い合わせください」というエラーが出てしまいます。
The status of these stocks have been repeatedly changed to "Back Order", "Customer Order" and "Under Transportation" for several months, and the items are not going to be shipped to customers.
Once we receive the order, the status is kept suspended for a long time, so the customer sometimes claims about that, and requests us to ship the item immediately.
After a certain period when the item was suspended, the status gets back to in stock, and again "Under Transportation" and "Suspended" are repeatedly seen.
If we try to discard them, an error "Contact to the Support" is displayed.
These stocks are showing status repeating as "Back-ordered", "Customer order" or "Transferring" for over a few months, which has not been shipped out to the customer.
There is a case to receive claim from the customer once order is placed and status becomes pending for a long time.
If certain period passed while pending, it will go back to the stock repeating Transferring and Pending.
Even if I tried to delete the product, an error shows up saying "Please submit inquiry".
そして先日これらの在庫に対して保管料が発生するとの通知を受けました。
販売もできず、破棄もできないのに保管料を取られるのは納得いきません。
以前も長期の注文保留について問い合わせましたが[CASE 1724543501]、今でも同じ問題が続いています。
納品から半年以上経過し、何度も注文が入っているにもかかわらず倉庫間輸送や出荷延期が繰り返されるのはこれらの在庫がすでに存在しないからではないですか?
これ以上この問題を長引かせたくないのでこれらの在庫を全て破棄して下さい。
We are not convinced with that because we cannot either sell them or discard them.

In spite that it is more than a half year after the delivery was made, and we received orders many times, the transportation between warehouses and postponement of the delivery happens repeatedly. I guess this is because these stocks actually do not exist any more. Am I right?
As I would like to resolve this as soon as possible, please discard all of these stocks.
